Shipping & Delivery Policy

Please read this policy carefully. As Vellor Bespoke creates made-to-measure garments — not off-the-shelf products — our production and delivery timelines differ from standard retail.

1. Bespoke Production Time

Each garment is individually crafted to your measurements and specifications. Production is not started until your order is confirmed and payment is received.

  • Standard production: Production usually takes 15-20 days after final order confirmation and payment confirmation, depending on fabric and design complexity.
  • Production time may be longer during peak seasons or for complex designs. We will inform you of any expected delays.

2. International Delivery

Vellor Bespoke supports international delivery to selected countries and regions. Current focus markets include Japan, Australia, and Singapore, with more regions to be added later.

After production is complete, your garment is dispatched via a trusted international courier service. Shipping usually takes 5-15 days depending on destination country or region, courier service, customs clearance, and local delivery conditions.

These are estimated timeframes and may vary due to customs processing, local courier schedules, or public holidays.

3. Shipping Costs

  • International delivery is available to selected countries and regions.
  • Shipping costs are calculated based on destination and package weight. These will be communicated during order confirmation before payment.
  • International customs duties, import taxes, or local fees may vary by destination and may be the customer's responsibility unless otherwise agreed.

4. Tracking

Tracking information will be provided by email once your garment has been dispatched. You can use the tracking number to monitor your delivery status through the courier's website.

5. Shipping Address

  • Customers must confirm their shipping address before production begins. Address changes after dispatch may incur additional fees.
  • We are not responsible for deliveries to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
  • If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery, re-shipping costs will be the customer's responsibility.

6. Customs & Import

International shipments may be subject to customs inspection and import duties. Vellor Bespoke has no control over these processes and is not responsible for any delays or fees imposed by customs authorities. Customers are advised to check their country's import regulations for custom-made garments.

7. Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your garment arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the courier to resolve the issue and arrange a replacement or appropriate resolution.

8. Pre-Production Confirmation

Customers should confirm all measurements, fabric selections, and shipping details before production begins. Changes requested after production has started may not be possible and could incur additional charges.
