1. Our Services
Vellor Bespoke provides bespoke tailoring consultation and custom suit services for global clients. Each garment is individually crafted to the customer's measurements and style preferences. We serve clients worldwide, including Australia, Singapore, Japan, North America, Europe, and other regions.
2. Orders & Enquiries
- Submitting a request form or enquiry constitutes a request for a quote, not a binding contract of sale.
- All orders are subject to confirmation by Vellor Bespoke. We will confirm fabric, measurements, design details, pricing, and timeline before any payment is requested.
- Production begins only after payment confirmation and final order approval.
- You agree to provide accurate and complete information when submitting a request, including correct measurements and delivery details.
3. Pricing
- Prices shown on the website are starting prices or reference prices only, listed in USD.
- Final prices are confirmed after consultation, based on fabric selection, measurements, design details, delivery destination, and timeline.
- The final payment amount will be shown on the PayPal invoice sent after order confirmation.
- We reserve the right to adjust pricing before order confirmation. Any price changes will be communicated to you for approval before payment.
- International shipping costs may apply and will be communicated during order confirmation.
4. Production & Delivery
- Bespoke garments are made to order. Production begins after final order confirmation and payment confirmation.
- The estimated production time is usually 15-20 days, depending on fabric and design complexity.
- The estimated shipping time is usually 5-15 days depending on destination and delivery conditions.
- Timelines may vary depending on fabric, complexity, destination, courier service, and customs clearance.

5. Measurements & Accuracy
- Customers are responsible for providing accurate measurements, preferences, and delivery details.
- If measurements are provided incorrectly, alterations may incur additional charges.
- We offer guidance for remote measuring and can arrange consultations where available.
- If a measurement error is caused by Vellor Bespoke, we will provide alteration guidance or reasonable after-sales support at no additional cost.
6. Refunds & Alterations
As bespoke garments are made to individual measurements and preferences, refunds are limited once production begins. Please review our Refund & Alteration Policy for full details.
7. Payment
- The primary payment method is PayPal Invoice. After your order details and final price are confirmed, we will send a secure PayPal invoice.
- Bank Transfer and Contact to Pay arrangements are also available upon request. PingPong is currently being integrated.
- Payment is arranged only after order confirmation. We will never request payment before confirming your order details.
- All payment transactions are processed through secure third-party payment providers. We do not store your payment card details.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including text, images, logos, and design — is the property of Vellor Bespoke and may not be reproduced without our written permission.
9. Limitation of Liability
Vellor Bespoke shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our liability is limited to the value of the garment purchased.
10. Changes to Terms & Services
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Vellor Bespoke may also update service regions, pricing, delivery options, and policies when necessary. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
